Kizomba is a beautiful, partner dance from Angola known for its smooth, connected movements and soulful music. Semba, also from Angola, is more upbeat, playful, and full of energy. Both dances are rich in culture and perfect for anyone who loves rhythm and connection.

Not at all! Many of our students come solo. We rotate partners during class so everyone gets a chance to dance and learn together.

No experience is necessary. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and we’ll guide you step by step. If you’ve danced before, you’ll still find new challenges and ways to grow.

Wear something comfortable that you can move in. For shoes, we recommend smooth-soled shoes (no sticky rubber bottoms) so you can turn easily. Ladies often wear heels, but it’s not required — comfort first!

Our classes run about 60 minutes.
